| Intended Audience....Conference attendees will include more than 350 key influencers and esteemed leaders from Community, Migrant, and Homeless Health Center programs, Health Center Dental Directors, Health Center Dental Providers, the Federal Government, Dental Universities, State Primary Care Associations and other organizations important in improving access to oral health services. These individuals represent the driving force behind our national awareness of oral health access for underserved populations.
| Conference Exhibitors and Sponsorship....Sponsoring and exhibiting at the National Primary Oral Health Conference is an excellent way to show your products and services to the approximately 350 dental and oral health leaders attending the conference. Exhibit fees are $1,250 for NNOHA Advisory Committee Members and $1,500 for non-members. Exhibitor space is for a 6 foot table from 7:30 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2007 through 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2007. The conference agenda includes dedicated exhibitor time, and morning and afternoon breaks will be provided in the exhibitor hall. If you are interested in exhibiting, complete both the attached Request for Exhibit Space, and the Credit Card Authorization Form, and submit these to onparpro@comcast.net
